How Much FrequenSea Do I Take and When?

Although it is perfectly safe to drink as much as you wish, we recommend a daily consumption of 1/2 to 1 fluid ounce (15 to 30 ml). FrequenSea can be taken with other food or by itself. While people have reported good results from taking it at various times during the day we would suggest taking it just prior to bedtime since it is while sleeping that our body is most able to heal itself. During our waking hours, the body is concerned with activity, balance, and all the thousands of little evaluations and reflexes that allow us to stand and to walk and to eat, and all the other things we do. Delta sleep is the level at which the body is relaxed enough to heal itself and revive its depleted stores of neurotransmitters and energy so it is intuitive that such is the time when it can best utilize the marine phytoplankton nutrients in FrequenSea.

How Much FrequenSea Should I Order?

A one month supply at 1/2 fluid ounce (15 ml) per day is one bottle. The cost of shipping and handling is very similar whether one orders 1, 2, 4 or even 8 bottles so obviously the cost per bottle reduces the more that is ordered each time.
